We will be happy to exchange or issue a refund for any new, unmonogrammed, unworn, & unwashed items within 60 days of purchase. Refunds will not include shipping charges. All items must be returned with their original packaging, with tags and inserts. Please do not use the product box as a shipping container.
Personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Payroll Deduction Orders
Payroll Deduction is an agreement between you and your hospital. Uniforms2u.com can not alter or cancel your payroll deduction payments.

If you chose to return items purchased with payroll deduction, a store credit will be issued in your name. This credit can be used for on-line purchases or at one of our on-site hospital shows. Your credit will not include shipping charges.

Shipping Policy & Rates
Uniforms2u.com ships via FedEx Home Delivery whenever possible. Delivery addresses not served by FedEx will be shipped Priority Mail via the US Postal Service.
The following shipping rates apply to all US shipments.
